Fee Schedule

Mediation

Prices are for zoom or in-person mediations in Orange County, California. Additional fees will be charged for in-person mediation outside of Orange County.

• Half-Day (up to 4 hours): $2500.00*
• Full-Day (up to 9 hours): $5000.00*
• Additional Time: $500.00 per hour

*includes all pre-mediation prep time, up to 2 hours of post mediation time, and travel within Orange County

I do not provide in-person facilities for mediations. If the parties do not have access to local offices/conference rooms, we can work together to coordinate alternative arrangements.

Cancellation policy: Scheduled mediations must be cancelled in writing to colleen@persevereresolution.com seven (7) business days in advance of the scheduled mediation date to avoid cancellation fees. Scheduled mediations which are not cancelled within this time frame will be charged 50% of the agreed upon mediation fee.

Workplace Investigations

• Hourly Rate: $350.00 per hour
• Includes: Fact-finding, interviews, and oral/written report preparation (depending on preference)

Additional Information

Travel Fees outside of Orange County, California: Billed at $0.70 per mile outside and 50% of applicable hourly rate
